FOR

TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT OF TEACHER ON ACADEMIC ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE SESSION 2014-15

 

In pursuance to CABINET DECISION No 106/08/2014 dated 11/06/2014 & Government order No 482 Edu. of 2014 dated 02/07/2014 issued under endorsement No: Edu-1/160/2014 dated: 02/07/2014 village wise fresh applications on prescribed format are hereby invited from the permanent residents of J&K state (District Rajouri) for temporary appointment of teachers on academic arrangement for the session 2014-15 or till the regular selection of teachers is made by the Service Selection Board (SSRB) which ever is earlier (village level and in case of TAC/NAC at ward level) in respect of District Rajouri. The Applications must be submitted in the Office of the concerned Zonal Education Officer under proper receipts within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice in the paper.

The applicant must full fill the following eligibility conditions.

 

1. The age of applicant should not exceed age limit as mentioned below as on 01-01-2014.

	Maximum (General) 		40 yrs.

   ST/SC 43 yrs.

   Handicapped 42 yrs.

   Ex-Serviceman 45 yrs

 

 

2. The applicant must be permanent resident of J&K State., especially District Rajouri.

3. The candidate must be qualified for the post of teacher as per prescribed rules i.e. 10+2 and above and preference will be given to the candidates having higher qualification and those having passed B.Ed, M.Ed. Any additional qualification acquired after cut off date of receipt of application as per this advertisement shall not be considered.

4. The applicant must attach the attested photocopies of the following certificate/ testimonials with the application form, duly attested.

a)     Permanent resident certificate. (The candidate must be actually and physically residing in the area/ zone where the vacant post exits).

b)     Matriculation certificate for Date of Birth.

c)      All academics certificates along with the marks lists.

d)     Reserve category certificate issued by the competent authority under SRO126 of 1994.

e)      Self addressed envelop affixed with postal stamp worthRs5/ -

f)        A Copy of the recent passport size photograph of the applicant dully attested by the Gazetted officer be pasted on the applicant form.

5. The applicant shall be selected on the basis of strict merit at village level by giving the preference to the highly qualified ones especially B.Ed./ M.Ed. if the qualified candidate is not available in the village the selection be made at zonal level.

6. The appointed candidate on academic arrangement shall be in receive of monthly honorarium of @Rs3000 per month.

7. The selected candidates shall have to enter into an agreement with the Deptt. That he/she shall have non claim/ right for appointment on permanent basis and there will be no commitment of the state Government in this behalf. The academic arrangement of the candidates shall automatically cease or stand cancelled on completion of the academic session or as and when the post is filled up on regular basis by the SSRB which ever is earlier.

8. Candidates found guilty of impersonation or submitting fabricated documents which have been tempered with or making statement incorrect or false suppressing material information will tender him/her liable for criminal prosecution.

9. The Appointed candidate is only allowed to join provided that the Post of teacher is lying vacant in that particular institution (under direct recruitment quota in the Department)

10 The selection shall be made strictly on merit list on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the academic qualification, however weightage may also be given to higher qualification acquired by the candidate. The merit list so prepared shall be valid for one academic session only. Waiting list of candidates may also be maintained and in case the engaged candidate leaves the department during the academic session, then next candidate in the merit list will be considered for academic arrangement against the vacancy accrued.

11. The engagement orders shall be issued under the seal and signature of undersigned.

12 The engagement shall be incorporate the terms and conditions as shown above.

13. Zone Wise detail of advertisement of post on temporary appointment as Teachers on adademic arrangement basis for the year 2014-15 of District Rajouri are as under. Moreover the institution wise detail of advertised posts are also available in concerned Zones as well as this office. The copies of the same will also shown on notice board of the concerned office.
